Supporting Saudi Women In A Partnership Between The Family Office And The Arab Institute For Women's Empowerment

The Family Office, a leading wealth management company in the Gulf Cooperation Council, has always sought to support and empower women. In this respect, the company today revealed its support of The Arab Institute for Women's Empowerment (Nusf) by participating in the leadership program for Saudi women. The program covers several workshops starting with the “Creative Business Leadership Workshop” to be held from 11 to 15 September.

Nusf is a leading institution specialized in training women for executive positions. It aims at helping the professional development of Arab women in general and Saudi women specifically to lead in the corporate world, make a positive economic and social impact and contribute to the achievement of Vision 2030 that aims to promote the vital role of women by increasing women’s participation to 30%.

The workshop will be conducted in English and Arabic and will focus on the following competencies: financial literacy, business ethics, critical thinking, public speaking, and negotiation skills. The Family Office is participating in these interactive sessions with a group of its Saudi staff. It is noteworthy that The Family Office supports the youth in general and females in particular through its “Young Professionals” program by inviting fresh graduates to enter the business world and be trained in various departments of the company.
